    It is the golden opportunity with the excellent leadership and the great team hard-working effort that makes a wonderful change for PTR to be a medium-sized enterprise, which develops from a small company that only owns two fishing boats to an enterprise owns 18 self-built ultra low temperature fishing vessels and an intensive tuna processing base. To be a member of PTR is a great honor for all of us.
    Market competition is like sailing against the current---no movement means falling behind. Innovation is the key to sustainable development and full innovation is a win-win way to achieve the company's development and individual growth. Creating an innovative enterprise is the of importance strategic objective to improve our company.       
    The fundamental meaning of innovation is to break through the limitations of the enterprise itself, to move old systems and measures away, then to create new ones instead (including: open source, project reporting, thinking innovation, product and service innovation, technological innovation, organizational and institutional innovation, management innovation, marketing innovation, cultural innovation, etc.) that suitable to the market needs in the existing conditions. As we all know, only innovation can make the company stand still in an active position in the market competition, so it’s of primary importance to mobilize all employees to actively participate in the team of this innovation. If everyone involves in coming up the "golden ideas" and fully carries forward the entrepreneurial spirit of innovation openly and bravely, it will be highly beneficial to save costs, create benefits (including social interests), improve staff cohesion, corporate centripetal force, etc.

    Our company will continue to develop and soon to build a fleet of our own ocean shipping vessels and a large-scale tuna deep processing base; make our great efforts to set up a large comprehensive Ocean Fishery Group with integration of "production, transportation, process, research and sale" in order to become a veritable tuna leading enterprise in Zhejiang province or even in China.
