With the development of society, people’s living standard improves a lot and producing tools have changed dramatically in our daily life. In order to keep pace with the times, our employees need to use these modern tools quite often, which may run into some kind of urgent accidents, such as fracture, burn, scald, chemical injury, ect. So it’s very necessary for all of us to master basic treatment to buy precious survival time for people who got hurt accidently.

    So, our company organized a training called “Health and Medical Aid” for manufacturing workers. Professional doctors from Zhoushan Guang An Hospital gave us a valuable lesson about life saving through multimedia player, including hemostasis, bandaging, fracture fixation and transport, treatment principles about cold injury, empyrosis and burn. Later doctors performed a live rescue drilling about how to deal with fractured or broken fingers in emergency. Workers showed a strong interest in practical methods and asked the doctors a lot of questions, which pushed this training to a climax..

    After this training, employees all said that they have learned a lot about trauma nursing and greatly accepted the importance of rescue. From now on they decided to help people in need, spreading love and hope wherever they go. They also expressed their further demand for similar training in the future.
